Il PRIMUS corrisponde alle caratteristiche tipiche della variet\u00e0, ha una buona mineralit\u00e0 e tannini morbidi, \u00e8 elegante, rotondo e caldo. L’acidit\u00e0 sostenuta si armonizza perfettamente con la morbidezza offerta dalla gradazione alcolica. Questo vino si abbina bene alla pasta, in particolare alle orecchiette al sugo, alle polpette fritte e ai formaggi di media stagionatura. <\/p>\n

Questo vino, prodotto alle pendici dell’Etna, ha un colore rosso rubino brillante con riflessi intensi, un bouquet di ribes nero, ciliegia, rosa e spezie (liquirizia, pepe nero) e un gusto elegante, complesso e minerale con sottili aromi di frutti rossi e lamponi selvatici.<\/p>\n

L’acidit\u00e0 \u00e8 molto ben bilanciata con la struttura. I tannini sono piacevolmente completati da un retrogusto di lunga durata in cui predominano piacevoli e sottili note di spezie e cuoio. <\/p>\n

Questo vino si abbina bene con la carne alla griglia, in particolare con l’agnello.<\/p>\n
